Moved in a year ago and I have not one complaint. The leasing ladies are very nice, and any and all maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner. My maintenance request put in two days ago was handled by Joaquim yesterday and he did an amazing job. He was very calm and not rushed, he was courteous and very professional. I was glad that he handled this request, because it took 15 minutes... he was focused and peaceful and even fixed an addition issue I was intending to put in a request ab

I've lived in many apartment complex. Oaks at Oxon Hill staff is by far the best. I've called Ms. Chiquita Mobley so many times in the past 3 days asking many questions. She has been so polite, taking her time to answer every question and making sure I understand. The neighborhood looks quite and clean I'm looking forward to living at Oaks at Oxon Hill

Been a tenant here for a few months. The leasing agents in the office are attentive and sweet. And the management and maintenance are quick and accommodating. I never had to wait more than a couple days for any service needed.

Great place to live and a great community. I would recommend being part on the community. The new leasing office personnel are willing to help in anything you need, with new move-in or just a small matter and the maintenance team are handy to come to fix your problems within the your unit.
